I have been going to this clinic since it opened and I can say the service is absolutely disgusting now. We have tried to call for the last 2 weeks and they have the phone of the hook. How unprofessional
Absolutely horrible and unprofesssional. Called on Tuesday and booked an appointment for Sunday morning for my minor daughter since the receptionist said the doctor will take new patient only by appointments-no walk ins. I am the said doctors existing patient. Called on Saturday (today) to confirm and the receptionist says the doctor doesn't take new patients and that they were going to call me but hadn't till that point. The young gentleman, Nayana, who was working as a receptionist, was exceptionally helpful. I faced difficulties in securing an appointment for the following day, as all other clinics were fully booked. Thanks to Nayana's assistance, I was able to secure an appointment for the next day, which was incredibly beneficial. His excellent manners and professionalism provided me with the best service I have ever experienced at the medical centre.
I am very disappointed with the overall service at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the door was locked, and I had to wait and knock for 10 minutes until another patient opened it for me. The biggest disappointment was with the GP. Despite booking a long consultation for both mom and baby to get vaccinated, the doctor seemed rushed and uninterested.
