I have booked an appointment with this clinic over the phone twice. When I got there for my appointment, I was told that they have no appointment booked and I had to wait another 1 hour for a walk in!! Horrible place
Young man at reception was extremely unhelpful and clearly doesn’t know how to handle a call properly. His attitude was shockingly rude — he rushed me while I was speaking and spoke in a very abrupt manner. I’ve honestly never encountered someone so unprofessional in a front desk role. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I hope it's addressed appropriately.
I called earlier today and booked a telehealth appointment. I was told to wait for the doctor to call me today, so I did—despite feeling awful with cold and flu symptoms. I ended up wasting the whole day waiting, and no one ever contacted me. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility.
I’ve been at this place for years and it is a shadow of what it once was. Time to move.
