I just had an amazing conversation with this attorney. I was very surprised to have a law firm like this where the attorney actually answered the phone. Usually you're connected with a switchboard or a answering service or some big corporate commission based situation. She was extremely polite and helpful unlike everyone else I've spoke with today. If I am every in a situation to have to make a difficult decision like bankruptcy or debt relief, she will be my first choice.
When I first came in there was no one at the front desk. I was asking to check in for my appointment, the lady at the front desk looked at m as if I had 10 heads. When I told her I think I was early do to the fact that I wasn't sure if it was 1015 or 1115 she said she would check on it went to the back and disappeared for 10mins. When she came back she asked me if I had my Id and social card I was alittlw taken back by giving these things out since it was just a consultation. She then asked if I had my paperwork.
