I tried asking them questions and all they cared about what they are doing this weekend very rude ask to talk to dr all they did was yell and ask for respect glorified secretary has no manners please people don't allow this so called secretary mistreat you boycott this place read all reviews most are terrible Karma ladies
She left me and took 6 months for my follow up and she left the hospital and she send me to a another doctor she is bad I would not recommend no one to go to her
This office is a joke...They never answer their phones and when you cancel your appointment they kick you out of their system...Looking forward to finding other services ....
Been trying to get hold of these clowns for weeks to make a follow up appt for my wife. They never answer the phone, and for some reason they dont follow the office hours. Dr trotter on the other hand, she is the only one to find out what's going on with my wife. NOW we have to wait to see if she's going to treat her or "wait til it gets worse" like other docs say here in this sorry area.
My appointment with Dr Trotter this morning was professional and thorough. Although I’m still in a bit of a fog with my diagnosis, I am comfortable knowing that Dr Trotter will be handling my case. She asks the right questions to get to answers she needs and listens and interacts with me. It’s very obvious that she really cares about patients. I look forward to the upcoming tests and the continued care Dr Trotter can and will provide
