I came to Dana to establish a PCP and had the worst experience. Every time I talked about the constant symptoms I had been experiencing, 3 different people commented “you’re too young to be having all that” which would have been a harmless joke if any of them actually took my concerns seriously. They changed their hours all the way back in beginning of July. It is now almost mid September and their hours for Thursday and Friday are still wrong on Google. They are now open on Thursday to 5pm not 12 pm like on Friday now. I came in to getting something done today and they weren't there. This doctor office is horrible at getting back to you on their MyChart. And those who do answer your questions might not even be the person you're trying to talk to. Most horrible place !!! Run!!! Totally unprofessional , wouldn’t return calls about medication after 6 failed attempts, this place is the absolute worst worst place I’ve EVER been!!! beyond disappointed this place needs to be shut down!!!!
