AWESOME EXPEREINCE!!! I have been taking my taxes to Dana's for awhile now, and she has been nothing but wonderful. Her staff is awesome, and she has made it so easy. Terrible experience ! We used Google to find Dana as we live in Whitby, her reviews looked good and she presented well at our initial meeting. She is incapable of responding to emails within 3 weeks, if at all. We follow up and still not even the courtesy of a reply. It's difficult to understand how someone can be so utterly unprofessional. She was dealing with the estate of my father-in-law and told us everything had been completed and sent to CRA.
