My experience was not the same. The staff and Dr. Shaltry were very nice. Dr. Shaltry turned the financial arrangements to a staff member and she was not pushy in the least. And, I might add we havent purchased the braces yet. My son has been going the last year and a half for free until his baby teeth are gone--no obligation.

Dr. Shaltry and staff have been phenomenal to our family over several years of treatment for our entire family. Kudos to you all.

When other Orthodontists were saying that Invisalign would not work, Dr. Shaltry said it was possible and made it happen. The transformation was unbelievable to say the least. Dr. Shaltry's wife and staff made the entire experience pleasurable and successful. They are truly the best.
The staff, facilities, and attitude are wonderful treated us all like family. Wonderful place to get alignments and make happy smiles.
The front office and the rest of the staff was very rude and very unhelpfull. I would never treat a possible client that way. They have lost my bussiness.
