I have know Dr. Kraker for 20 years. Yes, wait times through the years have been long here and there, but that was due to my appointment being on one of her on call days and a patient needing an emergency surgery. There are two side to every coin. You can see the glass as half empty because you had to wait, or half full because she'll be there when it's you that has the emergency. She is kind, caring, witty, family oriented and takes the time to answer questions and concerns.
Waiting time is horrible, had to wait about an hour a few times. Then when I would see her, she seemed like in a hurry to get to next patient.
