Unfortunately I never got the chance to meet Dr. Rockwell. This review is about her office staff. I tried a few times to get an appointment. They asked for my insurance information, which I gave them. I didn’t hear back from them so I called again. I gave them the information again. They put me on hold and said the billing department doesn’t recognize my insurance. Later I went on their website and it listed my insurance as one they accept. numerous problems getting mail order medicine because they input the wrong dosage and the wrong quantity (84 day supply instead of 90 days!). Try to get it transferred to local pharmacy but they can’t reach the dr office. Plus this dr is 3x the cost for office visit as my previous RA dr was (he retired 2 years ago). Lastly the practice keeps moving her office to different cities, and now she’s further away.
This was my first time seeing Kari the PA and Dr Rockwell are both excellent in their treatment of others. I was misdiagnosed at another rheumatologist and they both said I do not have that. They both gave a great exam. Really listened to my concerns and gave great advise. I would not hesitate seeing them. I look forward in continuing my care with them.
