Kat went above and beyond in helping me create the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé! She not only helped me with ideas, but explained things very clearly that helped me understand what works best, why things are done, etc. I couldn’t be happier with the turnout and how easy she made the process. The best customer service in the game! I made my second purchase from DRD, and this was a custom set of rings for me to pass on to my daughters. I reached out to Dana on her business instagram page, she was immediately helpful and her sales specialist Macy was assigned to my request. She was so great to work with, showed me a million and one stacks until we decided that a custom route was the way to go. And again, Macy was beyond helpful navigating the customization process.
