Very disappointed. We had one blind re-strung. It came back with the strings so tangled, it is very difficult to raise or lower. Another blind had damage to one edge, so the installer took it and said he would see about having it replaced since it was so badly damaged. Instead (after 2 months) we were told it was ready, but it had only been restrung instead. Why would we pay to have a damaged blind that we wanted replaced restrung? So for over $500 we now have one blind that we have to fight to raise/lower, and another that ... read more
