Love everyone
As always, very good dental service. We had a communications issue where someone, on the day prior to our appointment, called to ask if we could come in a half hour earlier (9:30 a.m. vs !0). We agreed. We did. But noone in the office was aware of the change. We drive from Rancho Palos Verdes and the trip was a half hour longer due to earlier traffic. We did our part, we expect the dental office to do the same.
Everyone was friendly and professional. Sarah was very thorough cleaning my teeth.I don't know why I received a June appointment date in the mail, today. I didn't make another appointment.
On time and the hygienist is very gentle.
I have been a patient of Dr. Livingston for many years....I have had excellent care & so happy that he has relocated in Dana Point.......Dr. Livingstons staff has stayed with him thru the years, that speaks volumes.....I do not do Facebook.Happy holidays!

From the time Kim greets you to having Sarah the hygienist take care of my teeth...these guys are wonderful. My teeth have never looked and felt better. Dr. Patel is also outstanding and doesn't take advantage of your wallet. He's very knowledgeable and even knows holistic solutions if that's your thing. Sarah is also knowledgeable about holistic solutions. Going there is like going to a spa to take care of yourself. I won't go elsewhere.
