So glad I was able to learn how much mindfulness, relaxation and deep breathing contributed to health and wellness. After acquiring Sudden Sensorineural hearing loss I was struggling to heal and my condition was not responding to the standards of care. I added this to my healing routine and after practicing for many weeks slowly my hearing returned. Michael has some great skill sets to teach you how to let go, breathe and relax. I learned more in 6 sessions than I could have ever imagined and I am forever grateful.
