Jazzercise has saved my life, both mentally and physically. Love the classes, especially the Latin dance numbers. Actually they are all great. Jazzercising since 1991
I've been a regular Jazzerciser for probably the last 15 years, the last 7 or 8 at the Dana Point Harbor classes. Nancy and her other instructors make our workouts fun, but there is also serious exercise. Since Covid, classes can be either in person or live streamed (my personal preference). It makes it so easy for me to roll out of bed, get dressed and start stretching and dancing. I actually participate more from home than I ever did from in person classes. Jazzercise makes excercise fun! I love the music and choreographed routines! In Dana Point our instructors are the best!! Nancy Brady tops the list!
Jazzercise is the absolute best! But Dana Point Jazzercise is the ultimate exercise experience! The instructors are phenomenal! The classes are so much fun with current music, great oldies, and choreography that uses every muscle in your body. The community of friends I have met through these classes is wonderful. I cannot imagine life without Dana Point Jazzercise. Thank you, Nancy Brady.
