I had a really positive experience at Dana Point Automotive while traveling far from home with my daughter. Car trouble can be incredibly stressful, but the team here made the whole situation much easier. Had an issue with my car. Took it here based off reviews. Eric immediately came out to double check the error codes. Pulled up what was needed and he could’ve easily kept me and charged me but he proceeded to read through a recall for the part. Confirmed some information so that we could verify my car was under warranty. Referred me to a dealership so I could go get the part replaced for free. Will absolutely bring him future work! High integrity business.
