Great Dr!!! Really cares about you!!!! Been seeing him for way over 15 yrs!
I felt the need to edit my original post. Dr Houser I do believe is a good doctor but....I don't know what happened and why he abruptly left the practice at Big Run but he left me totally screwed. It's pretty obvious he cares only about himself because this is not how you leave a job when you have hundreds of patients that depend on you. Just no excuse.
Doctor Houser was the most caring doctor at this medical location. He will be missed as he has moved on to the next step in his career. If you have appointments with Dana Houser you need to reach out to the clime road medical center to get assistance with finding a replacement doctor. Only 4 in this location are currently accepting new patients.
Not sure what happened here...Dr Houser used to be the best doctor, so good that when I moved 2 hours away I continued to drive to Columbus for my 6 month appointments to see him. Since June this year 2025, he has cancelled my last 3 appointments the day before. And no response on any messages through my chart. My scripts need refills and can't get his nurse to respond or the front office to tell me what is going on.
