I recently had the privilege of working with Dana Mitchell with Caldwell Banker. And even though she was referred, (I think sometimes referrals do more, just because they're referred) , that didn't seem to be what drove her. Dana puts her client first. If she can't make an appointment or fulfill a request, she explains why she can't do it right then; and then meets your request when available. Dana helped my wife and I find our perfect home! She is very knowledgeable, kind and super sweet. We are very lucky to have had her as our realtor! She would send us packets of what there is in Waco and all there is to do here.
