I previously closed with her and boy let me tell you when I moved and tried to get a loan as a travel nurse nurse she came off very rude and condescending. I felt it was a waste of time getting my papers for her as far as W2 etc just for her to belittle me by saying my income decreased and they can’t use stipends. If I could leave no stars I would. As a rated veteran; my husband and I purchased a home through movement mortgage, they proceeded with an FHA first time home buyer loan with down payment assistance locking us in for 8 years. Only to find out that the home was fraudulently listed; that the proper permit wasn’t pulled to make it a 3 bedroom like it was listed. I am not kidding when I say Dana and her whole team at Movement Mortgage made our experience smoother than I ever thought possible. We first spoke with our realtor, Beth Pihl, on a Wednesday at 4:30, contacted by Dana 30 minutes later, and were pre approved at 8:30 THAT NIGHT. She and her whole team work and work until the job is done and not a minute sooner. She also called the selling agent and provided them with her seal of approval for us as buyers.
