This 5-star rating is solely based on their honesty, transparency, and helpfulness since we didn't actually have any work done with them. Tom came and did a free inspection of our roof and the location where we want a skylight. He was very friendly, respectful, and professional. First sign of 100% honesty was telling us we didn't need to replace our roof yet, versus C.O.R. who came in with a super hard sales process, pushy, manipulative, and told us we need to completely rip and redo our roof.
