They were awesome! I originally checked with a different company and they told me I needed a new roof, I wanted a second opinion and a someone from Dana Logsdon Roofing came out the next day to give me a roof estimate for free. They told me that my roof had another 5-10 years before I needed a new one! I love the honesty and will definitely use them when I need a new roof.
He goes the extra mile! We were extremely impressed by Dana's communication, punctuality, and thoroughness in our roof inspection. We felt it was a very fair estimate and he made it clear what was an immediate problem (need to fix) and what could be handled later and is more wear and tear. Absolutely amazing to work with him and we plan to use him moving forward!
Dana has everything you want in a contractor: great expertise, fairly priced, excellent communication, very responsive, and a pleasure with which to work!
Dana and crew did fantastic work. he even told me I could reuse my tiles instead of spending an extra 2000 for new tiles. most roofers wont do this they just want the extra $. He also does alot of work with a guy I know in the insurance business. I'm a Farmers agent and when I need a roof inspected, Dana is there. I recommened him to my neighbors who are happy as well
I scheduled to have work done on Thursday morning, by 11 o’clock no one had called or showed up, so I called them. They apologized and said someone would be out first thing Friday morning. I took a second day off of work. By 10 o’clock Friday morning no one had showed up or called. Again I called them and was told someone would be there by noon. Workers showed up at 1 o’clock, but couldn’t finish all the repairs that were needed and would have to come back again on Monday. Meaning I would have to take a third day off of work... read more
