It was really good till became core main horrible service and price increase
We bought a water meter from Dana Kepner and we had to get it certified as you would with any water meter. The water meter was brand new out of the box and the water meter failed its meter testing. Dana Kepner will not swap out the meters or refund the meter even though this brand new water meter was faulty. This was not a cheap product either. Very disappointed in the customer service/products from Dana Kepner. I recommend going through A1 Plumbing for products. You’ll save a lot of money going through A1 Plumbing too.
