DO NOT LEFT YOUR TRUCK UNATTENDED! Worker stopped in the half of unloading and came to invite me inside the building, other worker was outside and after that i missing part of my truck. I give them 100 calls but you are not able to reach anyone in that facility. Worker who invited me inside on very strange way is tall guy with tattoo on the neck, guy who was outside is short old guy around 50-55. And when i arrived was 12:55, June.11.2026. girl who signed my B.O.L. told me to seat in my truck and wait green light.

Aunque te dejan entrar y esperar cerca de las rampas Si llevas rack reportate GATE 2 CHECK IN Si vas a cargar DIRECTO GATE 5 (Aquí entregas y cargas ) Desconozco si este proceso sea el mismo Cargan a la hora de tu cita , aunque puedes llegar antes y si hay lugar puedes esperar en la rampa( Normalmente después de media noche ) Cargan muy rápido en menos de 30 minutos
If you have other options for loading or unloading, please use a different facility in the future. I checked in at 10:30 AM and didn’t check out until 4:00 PM. The staff at this location were very unprofessional and wasted a lot of time instead of unloading efficiently. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility moving forward.
