Dana is excellent. She’s always taken her time with me and is very knowledgeable. On the other hand it’s next to impossible to get a message to her or get an answer from the office staff. I even reach out through the portal and still get no answer. It’s a shame that I may have no other option to go somewhere else due to the staff around her. Sad but true. Setma has gone down horribly.
Mrs. Broussard is a wonderful, caring, down to earth NP. I’ve been her patient for almost 6 years. In all that time she’s always been there for me throughout all my health crises, new diagnosis . She is there every step of the way. Never giving up until she gets the results she wants. A great NP and lady to have in your corner. I have been a patient of Mrs. Henderson for over 4 years and this is the first visit where the nursing staff was not rude. I always feel welcomed by Mrs. Henderson, the Lab Team, X-Ray, and Front Desk Receptionist but Mrs.Henderson’s nurses are anything but welcoming.
