We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our cat, Jameson, to sleep after he suffered a stroke. He was about 10 years old and newly diagnosed with diabetes. I’m writing this review because I feel strongly that our experience at this hospital reflects serious issues with transparency, communication, and patient record management. Dog has an emergency. Website says 24 hours and IS CURRENTLY OPEN. Get here it’s closed and they don’t have a vet there till Monday. Why?!? Should’ve just headed to Quakertown to begin with
