Our dog was having such a severe anxiety throughout the night and my husband and I weren’t getting rest for 2 days straight trying to understand why. So we made an appt at Barton Heights ASAP. They were soo great on helping us get an appointment soon. When we arrived, the ladies at the desk were so nice and the nurse was as well. Exceptional!!! Every single one of the staff was absolutely amazing! Empathetic, understanding and comforting! We had brought out cat in for an emergency, didn't call before, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating! Our fur baby had to have immediate surgery and was taken in right away. The caring staff made us feel like we chose the right vet to go to. We are relatively new to the area and did not know which vet hospital to take him. I'm so glad we made the right decision! There are closer emergency hospitals, but I go here because they are extremely nice and caring. Also they do not over charge. Last year i had too rush my Connor there and they took him right in. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done, and we had to say goodbye. They gave us all the time we needed. Yesterday my other baby, Murphy had a cyst bust and get infected, they again took him right in and got us medicine for him. They are positively wonderful. I had an emergency with my dog and when I called that was very patient because I was hysterical crying. They took my dog information and when I got there the service was quick. They keep you informed of everything that's going on. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a emergency vet.
I like everything they took care of my dog and I am satisfied.
