We have been coming to Barton Heights with our dogs and cats over the last 19 years. We have worked with many of the doctors there. Dr. Ott has been such an amazing doctor to our animals over the years. He takes his time explaining everything during our visits and he ensures that all of our questions are answered before we leave. I just wanted to say that I love this place. They took care of my fur baby and was very knowledgeable on what was going on with her. I was a new client and to be honest I didn’t feel like an another number . They were very professional and sympathetic . I will enjoy going there in the future. Glen

Staff very nice and helpful. Quick and efficient service. Was in and out with my dog in less than 2 hours where other places had wait times of 6-10 hours. Would highly recommend.

After leaving my old vet in tears from the complete lack of compassion, I was bracing myself for the worst. Instead, I was met with the most incredible experience from the moment I called this clinic. I was crying, frantic, and driving over with a dog who was acting completely out of character. The woman who answered the phone was unbelievably kind — she calmly asked me questions about myself and my dog so she could get him registered as a new patient, and she reassured me the entire time.
