Dr. Giel listened to our concerns. She put our minds at ease, but also took the necessary steps to ensure our son was healthy. Excellent doctor.
Dr. Giel is amazing! She did a great job with my son's surgery! I would go back if needed, but we now live out of the state. I will say, the only reason why this review is 4 stars is the office personnel scheduling the surgery. I never received any calls regarding the surgery date, nor instructions on what to expect regarding the COVID test, or just anything in general. When I did continuously call the office regarding the surgery date/time, the person who was in charge of handling this was "not available." So the messages w... read more

Said my son's 7 year problem is behavioral. Said she was sending out the culture and to wait to be called for the test results. Was never called. When I call them, I'm told the test was never sent out. So now I can either drive an hour back to them to get it done, or find someone else. I think I'll find someone else...
