Scheduling was a joke. Waited on hold for 15 minutes after getting a response to my online form. I was asked to arrive at 930 to fill out paperwork. Upon arriving, I was told I needed to be there at 9:15 to fill out paperwork, and they'd need to reschedule my appointment. Had high hopes, but this place needs to work on their new patient onboarding.
I 1st got Dr Farris when I went to see a new Dr. He worked in the same office. Next time I went in I requested him because he is very knowledgeable and caring. Never have met the original Dr that I was supposed to see. Very happy with Dr Farris. He explains things thoroughly and is very patient. Probably why he teaches new Doctors.
I meet Dr. Dana Ferris and Dr..Harmse yesterday at Desert Grove Family Medical. It was a very pleasant appointment. They both are very professional and and compassionate, caring about what I had to say, they made me feel good and didn't rush me in and out of there. I'm glad there is still Drs out there that treat you like family..I totally recommend them for any of your Medical needs..Sandra Lee..
