I recently had seen Dr Dana Elsherif for an annual paps smear and well visit. at the St John Franciscan . I then received the results as inconclusive due to an error in her acquiring an adequate specimen using too much lubricant , (maybe TMI) but , therefore I had to return for a repeat pap. In the time between appointments I had been given a referral for my annual mammogram. Let me preface to say it's not my nature to leave a bad review. I know docs are overloaded and under a lot of stress. However, in my first visit, she didn't spend much time listening-interrupted me every chance she had. Then she recommended a routine colonoscopy, but then later (when I was walking out of the room) realized I'm not old enough to recommend that....by about 5 years. I requested a prescription, which my insurance denied (not her fault) but she said to let her know if that happened and she'd try different medica... read more
