Had my watch repaired, it was done in a timely fashion, Professional Service and quality work. I would recommend them to anyone I was met by a nice lady named Dolce she helped me out and was very accommodating I wish I could give more stars

I took my 30 year old Seiko 5 7009-3040 [F] watch for an over haul and they did a great job. It's still a little fast but it's has always been fast by this amount from the day I bought it. Now I had just had the watch overhauled before at a watch shop where I thought I did my due diligence in finding a good horologist but the results were terrible and though the watch worked for awhile, it started failing again within a month. We shop at Dana Dow regularly. We always get the best service from Dulce. She's amazing and takes good care of us. The best experience doesn't matter how much we spend. Thank you again and keep up the great work.
