This morning I I brought a 91 year old friend for an 8:20am appointment with Dana & because this woman who had just been discharged yesterday from a nrehab & was very weak and uses a walker was 20 minutes late for her appointment, Dana refused to see her.! I am appalled with her lack of caring & concern for her patient.
