Unprofessional front desk staff
Very unprofessional staff - the front receptionist hung up on after I asked if there were any appointments available today. I called back and she hung up again.
This facility is filled with unethical, ratchet employees. Was suppose to receive dental promo & Ashley Marie Vanegas did not give me all of my money. I asked her 3 times all i got was excuses, runarounds & wasted my gas 2 days running around. This is not good business! MY FAMILY & I wont be returning nor doing business with them.
Janice and her team were absolutely amazing. I was in severe pain when I entered their business... It was my first visit to them. They treated me like family and were very kind and compassionate. Before I left, I felt better knowing that I had found my new dentist, a wonderful team, and affordable treatment. They answered all my questions and explained in detail untill I had a full understanding of everything.
