We recently met with Dr. Jones. It appeared as though she hadn’t even viewed my wife’s chart. She then proceeded to ask questions like normal but did not seem interested in listening to what my wife or I had to say. She insisted on doing more lab work when neither my wife or I felt it was necessary and just dismissed any pushback we gave her regarding the plan moving forward. She was dismissive and condescending throughout the entire visit. She had poor bedside manner and we have no interest in seeing her again.
Dr Jones is amazing! She listen to everything I had to say and gave me all my options. She has great bedside manner too :))
Dr Jones was very patient with my elderly mother. Her professionalism knowledge was much appreciated. Very pleased!
