I am extremely disappointed by the lack of care I received, particularly from Dr. Bryant. After coming off birth control, I experienced ongoing issues with my cycle and felt completely dismissed. Unfortunately, for over a year I was misdiagnosed, despite trusting that my concerns were being taken seriously. Once I switched to Northern Westchester, my new gynecologist immediately ran appropriate tests and diagnosed me with PCOS during my very first appointment. Horrible ! If can avoid her please do. If you want a dismissive, rude physician she is it. She came into the exam rude with an attitude looked very annoyed. I asked her a question her response is “ I don’t know what that means” and giggled with her assistant rudely. Nvr once tired to understand. Charged for an exam that wasn’t even completed. Will def dispute.
Extremely disappointing experience for My annual well women visit. She was beyond rushed and hurried. She took no medical history, didn’t discuss any current or future prescriptions, didn’t inquire of any issues I may have had in the past and examined me for about 5 minutes max. Also my appointment ran 30 minutes late. No apology or mention of running behind. Dr Bryant is great Doctor she takes her time to listen to you. She also explains everything to you clearly. I definitely will recommend her to friends and family! Great Doc
I had a positive experience with Dr. Bryant. She was thorough, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns, which I greatly appreciated. Based on that visit, I scheduled a surgery. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff and surgical coordination I specifically remember working with genesis Lopez it was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
