The worst experience trying to get an appointment. First, I was forced to reschedule because she was working from home and would not do a video appointment. Then I go to my scheduled second appointment and I am 8 minutes late (within the 10 minute late policy) due to car issues. They have me pay my co-pay and then someone comes out and says that Diana wants to leave so she will not see me. They then try to tell me that I was 12 minutes late though I was not and I need to reschedule again. I will not trust this person with my... read more
