While my husband picked out a beautiful (although overpriced) ring during a Dana Augustine event, the anxiety and stress I received from working with Kay’s and Dana Augustine after the fact is the main factor in my rating. When I brought my ring to be resized, Kay’s did not send it to Dana Augustine resulting in an insecure diamond falling out of my band soon after getting it back.
