There was a slight coordination difficulty with the building administration before the light fixture installation, but the electrician got all the approvals done quite quickly. The work was done as promised, and met my expectations, no surprises.
The inspection revealed aged wiring that needed immediate repair. The electrician outlined what upgrades needed to be done but did not try to convince the homeowner to commit to anything immediately. I was surprised with the clarity of their communication and how well they explained everything throughout.
This one was quick to assess the problem and got a blown fuse changed in within an hour. My last encounter with an electrician was not like this. He also told me that the last time it happened was due to old wiring, so I was certain that it won’t happen again any time soon.
Promptly repaired the electrical panel issues.
I expected a thorough inspection and was pleased when the electrician took the time to identify outdated wiring issues that had been missed during a previous visit from another company. This time, he explained the potential risks clearly and offered sensible solutions, which was reassuring.
