Been trying for over 2 weeks (left 3 messages and spoke to call center twice during those calls) to get a quote to replace a 20 year old chimney liner that services our hot water tank that they installed over two weeks ago. The tech who put in the hot water tank told me to call them the following Monday, and now two weeks later after I have called 3 times, no call back. I guess I will have to hire someone else. I do not think that I would ever use them again. Called on a Monday for an AC unit that was blowing warm air and they were out on a Wednesday. A little over $400 later for their service visit and a capacitor that didn’t fix the problem, I had 2 options, change evaporator coil for $3k or a new unit all together (current is 12 yrs old) for $7K to $7.6K ballpark. The bill said they could provide a firm quote. Called the next day for the firm quote from Dan Wood. Called Arch Mechanical the day after (Friday)to get a comparison. ... read more

Our air conditioning unit was leaking water, and we called Dan Wood. Their tech, kevin was able to come out and quickly diagnose what was wrong and get it all fixed for us! We will use Dan Wood again!
