My electrician was adam T and he was definitely a guy that made life easier and explained everything throughly he did an excellent job, which is why I called them back for my plumbing , the ladies in the office and dispatch have helped me with all of my concerns and issues and I appreciate that. Been trying for over 2 weeks (left 3 messages and spoke to call center twice during those calls) to get a quote to replace a 20 year old chimney liner that services our hot water tank that they installed over two weeks ago. The tech who put in the hot water tank told me to call them the following Monday, and now two weeks later after I have called 3 times, no call back. I guess I will have to hire someone else. I do not think that I would ever use them again. Called on a Monday for an AC unit that was blowing warm air and they were out on a Wednesday. A little over $400 later for their service visit and a capacitor that didn’t fix the problem, I had 2 options, change evaporator coil for $3k or a new unit all together (current is 12 yrs old) for $7K to $7.6K ballpark. The bill said they could provide a firm quote. Called the next day for the firm quote from Dan Wood. Called Arch Mechanical the day after (Friday)to get a comparison. ... read more
