Was told I had to wait at least 2 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment. The rep at the desk did not seem to have any empathy or compassion at all.
Jenn is always our advisor at Vaden. When we have to bring our cars in for oil change, or a repair. She is always in communication with us, keep us informed, detailed, and very understanding with all the questions I have. She's the best!
