Me and my fiancé went to Vaden Chevy in Savannah to hopefully trade in his car and find a better reliable car and that’s what they did. For a last minute issue on a Saturday, Ashley, the service manager (I think that was her title), was amazing. Always keeping me posted on what was going on, always checking in on me during my wait, she was a rock star. But she didn’t do all of it alone. Nate, the service technician who worked on my truck, was a champion as well. As I come from a mechanical/electronic background, he was great in engaging with me regarding the problem with my truck (what he did, where he looked, what he found, etc).
