I heard all the nightmares of finding a rental in Nova by military groups online. How there was bidding wars, people being flooded with applications and losing on multiple rentals. Dan assured me not to worry. He was on top of rental listings as soon as they came up. He secured us the first house we applied too! I hear that's unheard of these days but he accomplished it. He responded to my every text or call in a timely manner and I am not the easiest to work with. I will be using him again in the future.
