Communication was alright. I had his client pre approved for over 6 months and when they finally bought a home he was upset that rates have changed. Somehow this was my fault? I explained to the buyers how the market has changed and everything worked out well once I explained it to them. I would say if you need time and attention he isn't a good choice. A quick and easy transaction would be more of a fit for him.
