They do not cover for flight schedule change! I recently was flying to Belize (June 11)and Southwest changed our departure making our connection in Denver to Belize illegal - they have no other flights. Had to book a night flight on United, getting us there a day late. The trip was on a live aboard departing on 6/11 and we arrived 6/12. The boat had already sailed and we had to hire a chase boat for $200 pp for a 30 min ride! Had the Aggressor gone further out, it would have been way more.
