I try to support independent contractors and craftsmen, but I cannot recommend Dan the Window Man. While I understand that contractors are often busy, that is no excuse for a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I gave him numerous opportunities to correct his work, but ultimately, I will need to hire someone else to redo the entire project. Dan the Window Man was exceptional! Sheridan, who was on the sales side was very prompt and informative. He was not pushy in trying to upsell me. He ensured I was satisfied with my selection. He kept me informed as we moved through the order and delivery process. For installation, JJ and Josh were very friendly and did an awesome job. They took care to not destroy the old 1950's tile sill as they ripped out the old metal cased windows. They took extra care to make sure everything was clean inside and out. Dan and Sheridan and the crew have helped us replace several old windows and doors in our home, and we have been very happy with the work and price. They really know what they are doing and are always respectful. We would definitely recommend them!
Incredible experience from start to finish. Sheridan came out to perform the initial inspection and quote and he was very helpful in providing all options, especially since this was my first time purchasing windows and had so many questions. When it came time to make a decision on which windows to choose, both Sheridan and Dan came back out to discuss in person rather than over the phone.
