Incredible experience from start to finish. Sheridan came out to perform the initial inspection and quote and he was very helpful in providing all options, especially since this was my first time purchasing windows and had so many questions. I had such a great experience with Dan The Window Man and his son Sheridan! Sheridan came out and assessed my windows and I was nervous about the bid because I didn’t have a lot of money for this project, but I needed all new windows and a sliding door for my 1000 ft.² unit badly because my windows were from the 50s!! I really had no idea how much it would cost so I let him know that I was looking for a something mid price not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. I try to support independent contractors and craftsmen but sad to say that I cannot recommend Dan the Window Man. I understand that contractors are busy but this is no excuse for the lack of attention to detail. I gave him numerous opportunities to correct the work, but in the end, I will need to have someone redo the project. Dan ordered the wrong size window. He wanted to modify the house to fit the wrong size windows. He dug into the walls. my contractor said Dan cannot modify the house to fit the wrong window. the wall w... read more

Dan and Sheridan were great to work with - competitively priced, very communicative and explained all our options without pushing us in any particular direction. Would absolutely hire them again for future needs.
