They did an excellent job removing the existing tint from my SUV's windows and replacing with new ones. Price was competitive, however, the whole experience could have been better: Emails (X2) we're ignored. Calls (X3) never answered and only one acknowledged. I had to visit the business workshop to make an appointment.Staff members were not helpful or particularly welcoming, they didn't even acknowledge my presence for few awkward minutes. I'm not sure what has been a problem with some past reviews, but for me I have had at least 7 cars tinted with Dan The Tint man, and have always received A1 attention. Dan and his team are very professional with their trade, and as usual I am more than happy with the service and end product. To all at Dan The Tint Man, thanks again for a top job.
The communication skills of this company are absolutely abysmal, causing a great deal of inconvenience and wasted time. Despite arranging a drop-off time for my car, I arrived at the business only to find that nobody was there. I messaged and called to no response. I waited 30 minutes just in case they had gotten caught up - still no response or acknowledgement 2 hours later...! Please cancel my tinting service, Dan. I'd message you but you probably wouldn't respond.
