We had Dan do pig roast at a 30th birthday party. The food was amazing including his baked beans and mac and cheese. Dan Is very personable and adds much to the party! I would highly recommend him for any catered event!
Dan and his team catered our wedding two weeks ago and did a fantastic job. Not only was the food excellent, Dan and team provided a wonderful experience and charisma to all of our guests. Dan was a breeze to work with and was given creative freedom to make our wedding a unique and memorable experience. Dan smoked and 110lb. pig for our wedding along with boudin balls, mac and cheese and a low country boil that really set us apart from every other wedding I've been to.
