I had a great experience with Dan the Man. The rooftop AC in my RV went out. Dan explained my options and instructed me on the best place to get a new unit. Once it arrived, service was scheduled promptly. Dan and his crew swapped out the unit in less than 90 minutes. One other important detail, my RV was left spotless. No messes to clean up. The fee was reasonable and the work professional. I won't hesitate to call DTM in the future.
Dan is very honest and thorough. He even sent videos of his explanations amd showing the issue as well as the recommed remedy. Best mobile rv repair in Clearwater, Palm Harbor and all of Pinellas county in my opinion. 5 stars!
I had 3 issues with my Class C RV. Dan came to my home, spent 5 hours correcting all three issues. He explained and demonstrated the problems and what he did to correct each one. In one afternoon, he corrected what a dealer would have spent 6 months to correct.
Our AC went out in the middle of the night and Dan took my call late in the day and spoke with me and my father in law for over half an hour on the issue at hand. He came out next day and fixed it within an hour or two at the max. Worth every penny. Especially in the hottest week of the year. Thanks again Dan.
Dan is the Best! Always looking out for his clients and provides extra knowledge to help with preventative maintenance that has come in handy. I highly recommend him.
