If I could give a higher rating I would ! Dan was very personable and very detailed. He remodeled our bare basement and put his close attention to every room as if it was his own home.He took pride in his work and he did a beautiful job! I want to remodel our garage soon and Dan made us feel confident in his abilities and he is very trust worthy. We would definitely call on Dan again !
Do not hire him!!! We hired him to install a stone walkway and it was not done properly. Didn’t drain properly. Stones were not set right. We took him to small claims court to get our money back to hire someone to do the job properly. Judge ruled in our favor, laughed at the photos we provided and said he could do better. We have still not received our money back and had to hire another person to do the job correctly. I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT HIRE!!!
Strange voice mail message.
Dan the “unhandy” man worked on my home with Patrick Burns. He tore out professionally completed electrical wiring from my walls and replaced it with live ungrounded wires and illegal electrical wiring without my permission. He and Pat Burns of 1 Pro NY (Listings in Albany, Clifton Park and Saratoga) walked off the job with $10,000 and caused $18,000 of theft and damage to the home.
