I received an estimate from Dan Tam, and I was very impressed with the knowledge of the guy providing the estimate as well as the price. I called to schedule a meeting to sign the contract and pay the deposit. On the day of this meeting, the business manager was a no call-no show. This contractor damaged my sidewalk while they placed concrete in my patio. They promised to fix however after I paid them in full amount they ignored their promise. The township aware of the situation however they are not willing or unable to enforce. This contractor still working in the township and I am wondering how the township let them to work while they have outstanding issue with the customer in the township. This is really unfair.
While our patio turned out great, they destroyed our backyard with their truck and just dumping the dirt they dug up all over our yard. They told us they would take the dirt away but clearly that did not happen. Quote to get this fixed came in at $3k
DAMAGED MY DRIVEWAY! Dan came to my wife on 5/21/18 to ask permission to use my driveway to pour concrete for my next door neighbor. My wife reluctantly gave him permission, in good faith, after he assured her he would take care that nothing would happen to the driveway. 5/22/18 after the work was done, I arrived home to see my concrete driveway apron was cracked.
