We are also very pleased with our new stamped concrete patios. Dan-Tam worked with us and our design concept. The color is amazing (but you have to be patient as the colors don't really pop till the sealer is put on - and it's amazing!) I won't say it wasn't dirty, as this summer has been so dry and there was dust everywhere, but it certainly wasn't their fault. They kept us informed and answered all our questions. So glad we did this. NO more rotten deck or critters!
Dan and his crew installed our patio and we couldn't be happier with it. He just finished the 3-year resealing today and it looks brand new! The entire company is top notch--I recommend them to everyone!
3-star quality, but a 4-star rating with a recommendation. Summary: My daughters stamped patio and firepit job in 2022 was certainly a 5-star rating for Dan-Tam. The hardest part was waiting for the weather to calm down. They need 3 consecutive days of no rain. Once started, things went as explained during the estimate phase. The crew leader, Mike was great and thankfully, he added a few inches to the front face of the pad, installed on top of old porch. This established more stability. It’s stunningly beautiful, as you can see by the photos. Some before, during and after.
We utilized Dan’s services to rehab our 28 year old stamped concrete around our pool. Dan’s rehab which included cleaning the concrete then staining and sealing brought the dull faded stamping back to life. The stamping now looks like it did 28 years ago. We are very pleased with Dan-Tam’s work and would highly recommend them.
