Extremely unprofessional and oversold their abilities. Ended up finding my own buyer and they still wanted full rate commission doing none of the closing work. Found out during process they barely sold any houses in past 12 months, not what we thought we were getting in an agent partner. Would not recommend to buyers/sellers.
I wish I could put zero stars. Please do not purchase your home from this mortgage company. I repeat, they are catfishing homes. I bought a house that was over the property value and came to find out that it was fake renovations. Do not make the mistake I did? My lawsuit is pending Linda Amsterdam and Daryl Hathaway I readmortgage company l based on personal interests, and people are getting scammed in the process. The worst mortgage company do not buy from them thank me later fake renovations
