I trained with Dan for the first time after not being in a gym for a couple of years. I instantly felt at ease and Dan spent quite a lot of time putting together the most optimal training session for what I was wanting to achieve. I loved how I felt after my sessions and found myself pushing myself to my best potential during my training. I couldn't recommend Dan highly enough a true professional. Thanks heaps Dan
