Great group of guys worked late to get the job done on time.
Dan installed a decorative stamped concrete patio in for us 4 years ago. Project went well and was reasonably priced. 4 years later the color is bleeding through and is blotchy. Patio was seal coated every year. I called Dan multiple times to see if it could be repaired understanding that the work would probably not be covered under warranty. I never heard back despite following up for 2 months. Very disappointing. Should support his work after the install. That what's separates average from excellent
