Outstanding service on a warranty repair of Owens Corning ridge venting. Dan Shepler Roofing were very easy to work with. They provided a competitive quote up front and did the installation quickly. Very responsive and helpful. They even dropped off a check for my over-payment within a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Had roof damage from hurricane Milton. Called Shepler and they came out and repaired our roof for a reasonable rate. They are on our list for roofing in the future.

Scheduled a roof repair and the repair person never showed up, and the company never called to inform me they weren't going to make it, nor did they call to reschedule. I like going with a family owned business, and was looking to replace my roof in the near future. However, if their service and support is of this level, it will be with another roofer. To me, it is the service that defines the the quality of a company.
